Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse - URGENT HIRING

Location : Lake Havasu City, Arizona

Shift : Day Shift (6-hour shifts with rotating on-call)

Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site

Setting : 171-bed hospital with 100+ affiliated physicians

About This Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a 171-bed hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ. They need an experienced OR Registered Nurse IMMEDIATELY to join their surgical team.

What You'll Do

  • Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient status and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams
  • Support patient transfers and discharge planning
  • Address patient psychosocial and spiritual needs
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care

Requirements

Must Have :

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current Arizona RN license or compact state equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years general Operating Room experience
  • ACLS certification

    • Preferred :

  • Clinical quality or patient safety background
  • Laser Safety Officer certification
  • Teamwork and community healthcare focus
