Quality Control Inspector

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join a growing team in Plano, TX. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience inspecting PCB and SMT assemblies, this is an excellent opportunity to bring your skills to a company that values quality and precision.

$19–$22 / hour

1st Shift : 7 : 45 AM – 4 : 30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Monitor the quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing products and materials
• Inspect components of surface mount (SMT) assemblies, solder joints, and overall assembly quality using microscopes and inspection tools
• Utilize IPC-610 standards and work with travelers to guide assemblies through production
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment checks; promptly report any malfunctions
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Adhere to company quality standards and documentation procedures
• Participate in training and cross-train in other departments as needed
