Mitigation Technician

We're looking for a Mitigation Technician to help homeowners and businesses recover from fire and water damage. This is hands-on, physical work where no two days are the same, and you'll be a key part of helping people rebuild and move forward. Wage is base on experience includes full benefits.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and assist on-site mitigation efforts for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage
• Extracting water, setting up drying equipment, cleaning debris
• Tearing out damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
• Documenting
• Responding to emergency calls (water damage, fire cleanup, etc.)
• Removing damaged materials (drywall, carpeting , etc.)
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Communicating with the team and keeping track of work completed
• Accurately document all work using tools such as moisture meters and psychrometric readings
• A valid driver's license and transportation
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• A solid work ethic and team player
