Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

Required Credential(s) :

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Physician Assistant credentialed from the Tennessee Committee on Physicians Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education :

Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program.

Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience :

1 year of experience preferred.
