A leading global professional services firm is expanding its Innovation, AI, and E-Data Consulting team to meet growing demand for technology-enabled solutions across the firm and with its clients. The team focuses on developing modern, automated workflows and intelligent applications that improve legal service delivery and operational efficiency.
This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and AI, partnering directly with attorneys, operations, and innovation professionals to build secure, scalable workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support enterprise workflows and lightweight applications for attorneys, practice groups, and clients.
- Build automation and integrations using Microsoft 365 / Power Platform and other low / no-code tools.
- Translate legal or operational requirements into secure, repeatable, and auditable workflows.
- Develop light scripts (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to enhance automation and data preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver technology solutions that streamline processes.
- Contribute to pilot projects exploring AI-driven tools and agentic workflows under leadership guidance.
