A company is looking for a Profee Coding Consultant (E / M Leveling, Cardiology & Mammography).
Key Responsibilities
Review medical records and assign precise codes to ensure accurate coding aligned with client needs
Conduct data quality reviews to assess compliance with official coding and documentation guidelines
Identify documentation improvement opportunities and coding issues while communicating with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
1+ year of coding experience
AHIMA certified credentials (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC certified credentials (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC or CRC)
Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software
Must take and pass annual Introductory HIPAA examination and other assigned testing
