This position will be filled as an Associate Analyst I II or Sr, the level will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary / Purpose
This position is responsible for supporting the daily operations to address any customer account maintenance and / or concerns. Individuals may be required to interact with various cross-functional groups to address customer related issues that impact customer billing, billing delivery, payment processing, and credit & collection functions, as well as participate in process improvement initiatives.

Minimum education and experience required of the position
Associate Analyst I : Associate's Degree in a technical or business-related field and 0-2 years of work experience (such as : customer services, data entry, account management, etc.); OR in lieu of degree, minimum 2+ years of working experience
Associate Analyst II : Associate's Degree in a technical or business-related field and 2+ years of work experience (such as : customer services, data entry, account management, etc.); OR in lieu of degree, minimum 4+ years of working experience
Associate Analyst Sr : Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience. Master's Degree preferred. 2-4 years professional experience.
