Distributor Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Management & Strategic Partnership :
• Serve as the dedicated day-to-day contact for our Wholesale Master distributors, Key Account Distributor (Cosmoprof, Utah, Target, etc), building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand brand presence within these key channels.
• Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any potential challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership to onboard and develop strategies for new potential key accounts (e.g., Target, Cosmoprof).
• Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment :
• Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of complex purchase orders, ensuring all pricing, terms, and shipping requirements are met.
• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from entry into our ERP system to final delivery, serving as the liaison between the customer and our internal logistics / warehouse teams.
• Proactively resolve any order discrepancies, shipping issues, or customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and urgency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting :
• Work closely with the Finance department to ensure timely payments and resolve any invoicing issues.
• Partner with the Marketing team to align on product launches, promotions, and marketing support for your accounts.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Director of Sales.
• Maintain meticulous records of all account activities, communications, and orders within our CRM system.
