Office Administrator

TITLE: Office Administrator

LOCATION: Grand Prairie, TX

POSITION REPORTS TO: Terminal Manager

COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, some overtime and some weekends may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer phones and respond to emails

* Assist with lube and fuel orders (receiving orders, creating, printing, and billing)

* Updating the lubes workbench daily

* Fuel inventory spreadsheet (daily inventory VS SAP inventory)

* Input tank inventory into excel weekly

* Update and record yard drops and pulls from a excel spreadsheet

* Assist with month end counts (Fuel and Lubes)

* Assist with the driver's daily paperwork (Printing, scanning, sorting, filing, and replenishing)

* Assist in creating purchase orders and weekly STO orders

* Send and receive packages (FedEx, USPS, and UPS)

* Other task assigned by your manager

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

* 2 years' experience working in an office environment

* Locals only (must live within 60 miles)

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs

* Eagerness to learn and become involved in the daily operations of the company

* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong problem solving and effective time management skills

* Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines

* Flexibility to come in early or stay late when necessary

* Ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment

PREFERRED

* SAP experience

* Experience in the fuel transportation industry
