We are looking for an experienced Director to oversee IT operations for a long-term contract position based in central Massachusetts. This role acts as the primary liaison between IT and business leadership, overseeing a diverse portfolio of initiatives, managing a team of Business Analysts, and driving delivery across matrixed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the key IT partner to leadership, ensuring alignment and strong communication.
• Oversee the full portfolio of IT initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of BAs / BSAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional and matrixed teams across PM, QA, development, infrastructure, and security.
• Manage escalations, remove roadblocks, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Lead initiatives including system development with vendor partners, infrastructure upgrades, accessibility remediation, IT strategy, and security assessments.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
• Proven success managing cross-functional IT delivery.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience overseeing Business Analysts or similar roles.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information.
