A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone support to customers and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email
Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions, and manage site setups and report distribution
Collaborate with Software Engineers and field support to develop action plans and assist in training others
Required Qualifications
4-year BA degree in Interdisciplinary Studies
12+ years of technical support, call center, or customer support experience
Working knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
Experience in creating technical documentation and managing customer configurations
