A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to align business objectives with Salesforce capabilities
Document current state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future state design options
Translate strategy into a practical roadmap with sequenced initiatives and maintain business architecture artifacts
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years in Business Architecture, enterprise transformation, or process improvement with Salesforce experience
Proven expertise in discovery / facilitation and current state documentation
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and their integration with adjacent solutions
Experience collaborating with technical teams to shape scope and establish acceptance criteria
Relevant Salesforce certifications and experience in complex, regulated environments preferred
