To date, we have crafted over 100 multifamily properties across twelve states, managing 25+ of these properties in four Western states.

We handle every aspect of real estate development in-house, encompassing Acquisitions, Development, Architectural Design and Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, and Asset Management. Position Overview

  • Schedule Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company / project needs.
  • On-Site Requirement : This position requires physical presence on site during your scheduled hours.
  • Project Information 305-unit project in Gresham, OR.
  • Compensation Package

$160,000 to $180,000 / Year

  • Bonus Incentives include : Bonuses based on project milestones.
  • Other compensation to include vehicle allowance.
  • The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate's experience and the geographical location of this position.

  • What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' of experience on multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects required.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Construction Superintendent is required.
  • Experience with Procore is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • The ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work is required.
  • Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software is preferred.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
  • Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Your Role

  • Oversee project from start through closeout.
  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractor and material scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate daily field status reports.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, owners, and city officials.
  • Prioritize tasks and identify issues or potential risks affecting project organization.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager and support team to complete all project phases.
  • Perform quality control reviews on materials and subcontractor work.
  • Inspect completed work and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with safety team to ensure a safe jobsite environment.

    Candidate Screening & Interview Process

    Candidates should be prepared to undergo a background check and complete a 4-panel drug screening.
