Are you ready to jump-start your career in custom technology solutions? Wipliance is seeking driven individuals to join our dynamic Apprenticeship program. As an Apprentice, you will receive advanced on-the-job training in smart lighting control, motorized shades, home theater installation, and total technology integration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Learn and assist in the installation and integration of custom technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with experienced technicians to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and uphold our standards of excellence.

Requirements :

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to learn and grow.
  • Possess a valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in the industry is preferred.

    • Benefits :

  • Competitive hourly wage : $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

  • $500 signing bonus after 90 days.
