Successful candidate :

Current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Physical Therapist in CO

Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Rate : $45-$52 / hour

• $2,500 Sign on bonus paid : $1,250 after 90 days & $1,250 paid after 1 year & for full-time positions only
