Duties

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
Proven experience in fine dining and food production environments.Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices.Excellent staff training abilities with a focus on developing team members' skills.Proficient in managing banquet services and catering operations.Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant settings.Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food service management.Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a pizza restaurant or with major fast food brands such as Taco Bell, McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, or a competitively similar food service environment.
