Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (264/o)

Well respected boutique personal injury litigation law firm based in Santa Ana, CA is looking to add an experienced and reliable Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to their team. This is a small firm that is growing therefore there is a lot of potential for growth with the firm. This is not a cookie cutter or case mill auto accident firm. The owner and managing partner has over 30 years of experience litigating cases and believes in the true practice of law. They are known for handling unique cases and taking on and winning cases other seasoned attorneys turn down because they felt there was no case or it was too difficult to handle.

Ideal candidates will be ready and willing to work, eager to learn and grow with the firm as well as have the desire for longevity with the firm. This position is full time, on site at the firm’s Santa Ana, CA office.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years’ of personal injury litigation experience, Associate degree or higher and/or paralegal certificate is preferred
• Must have knowledge of e-Filing and California rules
• Must have familiarity with California discovery rules
• Must have excellent multitasking and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be resourceful and have strong critical thinking skills
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have a ready to work can do attitude
