A company is looking for a Hospital Coding Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee coding operations and ensure adherence to best practices and quality metrics
Collaborate with various teams to monitor coding operations and conduct quality reviews
Lead initiatives to improve coding efficiency and maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED
AAPC or AHIMA coding credential (CCS, CPC, RHIT, or RHIA)
3+ years of experience in inpatient hospital coding
Experience with MS-DRG and / or APR-DRG coding systems
Experience with ICD-10-CM and / or ICD-10-PCS coding systems
