Customer Service / Order Support Specialist / Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a proactive, organized Customer Service & Order Support Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being the central point of communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries with professionalism and care
• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal staff and contracted medical professionals (doctors, nurses) to ensure correct product selection and order accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with purchasing / planning teams when stock is low
• Maintain clear, timely communication with internal and external vendors, partners, and customers
• Document all interactions and updates in the internal CRM system
• Manage a mix of phone and email communication (not high volume; some calls may be 30+ minutes and email-heavy)

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
