Cash Applications Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor Cash Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities of the Cash Applications department and ensure timely posting of payments and adjustments

Oversee staff training, performance reviews, and maintain departmental policies and procedures

Serve as a liaison with external contacts, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues related to cash applications

Required Qualifications

GED or High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare management or related fields required

Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in hospital payment management preferred

Proven experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle management

Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to collection processes
