Job Title : CNC Programmer

Location : Heber Springs, AR

Salary : $90K - $125K (DOE)

Requirements :  Proficiency in programming and operating CNC Machines (preferably Mills) / Knowledge of Mazatrol Programming (Helpful) / Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Principles / Ability to read and interpret blueprints

What You Will Be Doing

• Program CNC milling machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
