• Schedule : 2 weeks per month 8am - 5pm
• Patient volume : 20 patients per clinic day
• Operating room schedule : 1 OR day per week
• Clinic and hotel pager call coverage
• Ongoing coverage needed
• Must be board certified or board eligible
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
