Construction Foreperson

Ledcor is seeking a dedicated construction Foreperson to oversee daily operations, ensuring crews meet established production goals. This role requires strong analytical skills to accurately interpret, input, and analyze data. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection, ensuring compliance with Ledcor HS&E standards, OSHA regulations, and the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) for all employees and subcontractors. You will serve as a mentor to less experienced technicians and will also collaborate with customer representatives for site-related activities. Essential Responsibilities

• Ensures site-wide health, safety, and environmental compliance by applying PSSP requirements and Ledcor HS&E standards, OSHA regulations, and OH&S codes for all employees and subcontractors
• Leads the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership
• Reading, interpreting, inputting, and analyzing data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
• Compiling all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort
• Uploading closeout documentation to customer interfaces

$26.00 - $47.00 USD Hourly

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
