The Core Automation team aims to accelerate Coinbase's mission by automating critical business processes through Artificial Intelligence. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead automation efforts within the Compliance space, identifying and delivering high-impact AI solutions that ease critical restrictions for customers, and evaluating Compliance posture for on-chain activity with minimal human inputs. This role is crucial for ensuring this critical business operation scales seamlessly in upcoming bull-runs without incurring operational or regulatory risk.

What You'll Do

• Define a concrete product vision, goals, strategy, and execution roadmap for Compliance Automation initiatives within chosen business processes.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, design, and research partners across XFN orgs to rapidly build and ship high-impact AI-powered features and products.
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure impact, focusing on direct customer value and the reduction of operational friction.
• Drive alignment and provide clear visibility into your roadmap and progress for leadership and stakeholders across the company.

What We Look For In You

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range : $180,370$212,200 USD.
