SUMMARY
At St. Vincent Family Services Prep Academy, we create an exceptional learning environment for students and teachers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Education and / or Experience : Bachelor’s degree in education or related field is required. Current licensure or certificate to teach preferred. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in classroom management.
Language Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must also have the ability to communicate with diverse audiences both internal and external to the agency.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic math skills.
Technical Skills : Proficiency with MS office products to include Outlook.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to communicate sensitive information to client families and employees. Ability to complete and turn in paperwork in a timely fashion. Ability to complete, interpret and respond to clinical documentation inquiries. Ability to maintain high degree of empathy and compassion in meeting the needs of our clients and client families. Ability to build strong bonds with employees and managers to foster open, honest and candid communication. Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment. Ability to create and maintain highest levels of confidentiality when dealing with client information, SVFC proprietary information and sensitive situations. Ability to manage change in an organization reengineering its culture and approach to workload management. Ability to work and contribute as member of team.
