Payroll Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst with specialized expertise in Certified Payroll to support our expanding payroll operations team. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, particularly under the Davis-Bacon Act, by ensuring timely, accurate, and complete reporting of certified payroll data for public and government-funded projects.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws.
• Accurately report certified payroll data for public and government-funded projects.
• Handle payroll processing, data entry, and payroll tax duties.
• Perform reconciliation and audit tasks related to payroll.
• Manage union payroll operations and work within the construction industry context.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $31.73 - $32.69 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
