California Licensed Loan Partner

A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Partner to serve as the primary contact for new inbound leads and assist clients in their home financing journey.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for all new inbound leads

Conduct and review loan applications for accuracy and prepare rate quotes

Manage the full pre-approval pipeline and communicate proactively with borrowers and agents

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

5+ years of mortgage experience (LO, Processing, and / or Underwriting)

Advanced knowledge of agency, FHA, and VA guidelines

Proven success in a high-volume, dynamic team environment

Expertise in creating rapport quickly with new clients
