Job Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through closeout for hospital and healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control requirements (ICRA), and AHCA standards.
• Maintain detailed project schedules, progress reports, and daily logs.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain budgets, control costs, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive a culture of safety, communication, and accountability on the job site.
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and healthcare staff during construction.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10+ years of field experience , with at least 5 years supervising healthcare or hospital projects .
• Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations , infection control, and medical construction procedures.
• Proven ability to lead large field teams on ground-up and renovation healthcare projects .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid / CPR certifications preferred.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and efficiency in active hospital environments.
