[job_card.job_description]You will provide daily leadership and development to all team members within the restaurant Know and comply with Luna Grill standards Demonstrate knowledge of the Luna Grill Brand Assist with front of the house schedule Assist with the training and development of front of the house team members Work with General Manager to recruit, train and orientate new team members Possess the highest form of integrity, trust, and reliable Builds a team of top performers by coaching and developing future leaders by providing clear, consistent direction and feedback Ensure all team members are properly trained and following all Luna Grill training tools provided Ability to work with little to no supervision Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members Show and provide effective leadership and problem-solving skills Assist in providing a strong, detailed orientation to all front of the house team members
