Shift Leader Job Description

We are seeking leaders for our next generation of Lunatics who are passionate about life, goals, people and of course real food. A lunatic is energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, driven and inspired to create a unique experience.

The Shift Leader will inspire our teams on a daily basis in providing friendly, responsive and exception guest’s service. The Shift Leader is responsible running a great shift by providing leadership coaching and guidance with the support of training tools provided by Luna Grill.

As the Shift Leader, you will :

  • You will provide daily leadership and development to all team members within the restaurant
  • Know and comply with Luna Grill standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Luna Grill Brand
  • Assist with front of the house schedule
  • Assist with the training and development of front of the house team members
  • Work with General Manager to recruit, train and orientate new team members

    • Our Shift Leaders need to :

  • Possess the highest form of integrity, trust, and reliable
  • Builds a team of top performers by coaching and developing future leaders by providing clear, consistent direction and feedback
  • Ensure all team members are properly trained and following all Luna Grill training tools provided
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members
  • Show and provide effective leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Assist in providing a strong, detailed orientation to all front of the house team members
