Position Overview

This role is for an experienced Intensive Care Registered Nurse at the Clinical Nurse II level, essential to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care in a high-acuity ICU setting. The position demands advanced clinical skills, specialized certifications, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care :

Coordinate with the interprofessional healthcare team to provide safe, efficient, and equitable care tailored to each patient.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment adhering to infection control and hospital policies.

Accurately document all care activities, patient progress, and incidents in the electronic medical record system.

Mentor and precept new nurses and students, supporting their growth and development.

Respond decisively and effectively in critical situations such as cardiac arrest, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and calm under pressure.
