Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliations

Prepare and distribute accurate invoices, monitor customer aging, and drive collections to meet cash targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle B2B accounts receivable experience

Experience managing high-volume transactional AR environments

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of GAAP principles

Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite; Salesforce experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
