Job Title : Java Developer

Job Location : Fort Worth, TX 76155

Hybrid role : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Job Type : Contract, 6 Months contract

Pay Rate : $45 - $49 / Hour

Primary Skill :

Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE)

Minimum Qualifications- Education & 5-7yrs Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience / training
  • 6 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments
  • 2+ years Microservice framework / REST development

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience :

  • 2+ years of Kubernetes Services with deep understanding of Container Orchestration and Distributed System Concepts

    • Skills, Licenses & Certifications :

  • Proficiency in Full Stack Development
  • Proficiency and demonstrated experience in the following technologies :
  • J2EE technologies : Java11+, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, EJB
  • Cloud-based development : Kubernetes and Docker
  • Web Servers : Tomcat, Websphere
  • Web Services : REST / SOAP (JSON / WSDL / XML)
  • Frameworks : Spring Framework, Spring Boot
  • Build / deployment tools : Maven, Git, Junit, Mockito
  • Other Dev Ops Toolchain : GitHub and Azure DevOps Azure Data explorer, and Elastic Search
  • Other : Linux / Unix shell Scripting, IBM MQ / Rabbit MQ, Redis Cache
  • Experience with TDD and BDD development pattern
  • Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
  • Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
