Position Summary :

The Senior Visual Director is a creative leader responsible for defining and executing the visual identity of TileBar. This role oversees all aspects of photography, videography, retouching, and 3D to ensure that every asset aligns with the brand's aesthetic and storytelling vision.

Position Scope :

As a key leader within the creative team, the Senior Visual Director guides the executional vision for shoots , mentors the team on art direction, styling, and storytelling . He collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. While this role is not strictly operational or production-based, a strong understanding of studio operations, production workflows, and process management is essential for success

Key Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

• Lead and mentor the photography, videography, retouching, and 3D teams, providing clear creative direction and professional development.
• Define and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all visual content.
• Partner with studio managers, product launch teams, and creative leadership to align on business goals and campaign execution.
• Develop and oversee styling direction, lighting, set design, and storytelling approaches to elevate the brand's imagery.
• Provide on-set creative leadership, guiding photographers, stylists, and videographers to ensure high-quality content production.
• Ensure retouching and post-production processes maintain the highest standard of quality and visual consistency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in photography, videography, 3D, and styling to evolve the brand's creative approach continuously.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and merchandising teams to create visually compelling assets that support product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Maintain effective communication and workflow processes between creative and operational teams.
