Our client a premier AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a driven Mid to Senior-Level Associate Attorney to join its high-performing Debt Finance Practice with a particular focus on Private Equity and Structured Finance transactions. This is a unique opportunity to advise sophisticated borrowers lenders and sponsors on complex asset-based loans structured financings securitizations and warehouse credit facilities. The role offers the chance to handle market-leading deals that sit at the intersection of private equity credit and structured finance in a collaborative environment built on excellence mentorship and innovation.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
• 5-8 years of substantive experience representing borrowers and / or lenders in asset-based loans structured financings securitizations or warehouse loan transactions
• Transactional experience drafting and negotiating collateral documents disclosure schedules loan amendments and related loan transaction documents
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex workstreams efficiently and effectively
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated firm required
• Exceptional analytical drafting and communication abilities with a proactive business-oriented approach
