Radiology Interventional physician employment in Massachusetts : Locums Interventional Radiologist Springfield, Massachusetts Key Requirements

Start Date : February 2026

Assignment Length : 36 weeks (may extend as needed)

Board Status : BC / BE Required

State License : Active Massachusetts license Required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS Required Schedule & Coverage

Hours : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

One day on-site for DX Breast

Remote / Teleradiology : Possible 23 days per week (TBD) Practice & Patient Details

Setting : Hospital-based with some remote coverage

Support Staff : Full complement

Team Size : 8 radiologists (2 leaving Feb ? 6 remaining)

Patient Age Demographics : Pediatric through Geriatric

Average Cases per Day : Variable

Annual ER Volume : ~120 patients / day

EMR : Epic / PowerScribe / PACS Procedures Required

Imaging : Mammography, MRI (basic neuro, brain, spine, MSK), CT, PET / CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Pediatric studies
