A company is looking for a Human Resource Specialist Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for open positions

Maintain human resource records and ensure compliance with laws

Assist with the onboarding process and respond to employment-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Associate degree in a related field is desired

Minimum of 3 years of related office experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
