Senior Associate, Applications Management

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Applications & Programs to oversee a portfolio of software applications and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain various software applications, managing user accounts and collaborating with IT for troubleshooting

Upload and maintain regulatory content, ensuring compliance with standards for document and data management

Provide training and support to consultants, coordinate monthly marketing webinars, and assist with project management tools

Qualifications and Desired Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

At least 5 years of experience in software applications management, preferably in healthcare

Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms

Project management experience

Preferred experience in healthcare quality, safety, regulatory, or clinical settings
