Remote but must be willing to work 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm HST.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects and taking all (Registered Behavioral Technician and Direct Support Professional) candidates through the hiring process to onboarding.

Base salary of up to $60k a year plus bonus eligibility

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way : compassion, excellence and reliability
• Four (4) year college degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care and / or recruiting
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is preferred, but no required
• Ability to conduct interviews across diverse geographies, practices, and job families
• Ability to interpret and manage supply / demand of variable candidate flow
• Ability to interact with different levels of the organization
• High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
• Trust, responsibility, action-oriented attitude, sense of urgency
• Strong time management skills and ability to recruit effectively for high-volume office environments
• Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
