A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment for the Project & Development Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full life cycle recruitment for various roles within the Project & Development Services business line
Generate a diverse candidate population using multiple sourcing methods and develop candidate talent pipelines
Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies and provide insights on labor market trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7-10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in Life Sciences and / or Construction Management
Experience in both candidate recruitment and business development
Strong hiring manager influencing skills and labor market expertise
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with recruitment management tools is a plus
