A company is looking for a Development Manager to support fundraising and partnership strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of grant proposals and manage the proposal process
Coordinate grant deliverables, stewardship, and donor engagement activities
Support individual giving programs and manage event sponsorship outreach
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of development experience
Experience in grant writing, proposal development, or grant management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects successfully
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with project management and organizational compliance
