Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Manager, Academic Design to create learning plans and prototypes
Analyze user behavior from previous product editions to make informed recommendations
Maintain cross-project documents and apply quality learning standards to products
Required Qualifications
Educational degree or professional certification in instructional design or learning design
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing ELL or ESL educational products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Dedication to continuous professional improvement and learning
Teaching experience in ELL or ESL is preferred
