Our Float Pool offers a unique opportunity to work across various departments, including Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support. This night shift position allows for flexibility, growth, and the chance to make a significant impact on patient care.

- Shift : Third Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
- Full / Part Time : Full-time (36 hours per week)
- Location : Aurora St Luke's Medical Center, 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Float across multiple units, adapting to different workflows while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Utilize evidence-based practices to create safe and therapeutic patient environments.Monitor patients' conditions, anticipate changes, and implement necessary interventions.What We're Looking For :
Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing.Flexibility to meet our scheduling requirements (2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 weekend per 6-week schedule).Training and Skills Development :
Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and charge nurse responsibilities.Why Join Us?
