Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-Time Monday–Friday Durham, NC 27713
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Durham clinic. You’ll provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive, structured environment with strong BCBA mentorship.
We have multiple openings and are hiring immediately.
Position Details
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday
(Exact hours will depend on client schedules; afternoon availability required.)
Setting : Primarily clinic-based; occasional in-home sessions may occur
Employment Type : Full-Time
Pay Range (NC Standardized Rates)
- Behavior Technician (BT) : $18–$21 / hr
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) : $22–$27 / hr
Rate depends on experience, training, and certification level.
