Buddakan, the iconic New York dining institution in the heart of the Meatpacking District, is seeking a passionate Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team.
We’re looking for a business-savvy, service-driven professional with exceptional operational knowledge and an inspiring leadership style — someone eager to contribute to Buddakan’s next exciting chapter : a collaboration with Chef Danny Bowien , the trailblazing force behind Mission Chinese.
As Assistant General Manager , you’ll partner closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to ensure that every guest experience reflects Buddakan’s signature blend of energy, excellence, and hospitality. You’ll play a key role in mentoring managers and staff, driving operational success, and helping to execute strategic initiatives that elevate service, profitability, and team culture.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary : $100,000–$115,000
- Quarterly bonus program up to 15%
