Full-Time Delivery Associate

Elite-Star Express, an Authorized Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring Full-Time Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages throughout Manassas, Woodbridge, Fairfax, and surrounding Northern Virginia areas.

Delivery Associates operate a company-provided non-CDL delivery van, follow GPS routes, scan packages using Amazon's handheld device, and provide high-quality service to Amazon customers. Paid training is provided, and no CDL is required.

Responsibilities : Deliver packages to Amazon customers on scheduled routes Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle safely Follow GPS-based navigation and delivery instructions Load and unload packages up to 50 lbs Work safely in all weather conditions Maintain accuracy and professionalism on every route Represent Elite-Star Express with respect and customer focus

Minimum Requirements : Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license (No CDL required) Eligible to work in the United States Able to pass a background check and drug screening Able to lift, carry, and handle packages up to 50 lbs Comfortable driving a delivery van and working independently Able to work at least one weekend day each week

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) : Experience as a delivery driver, courier, warehouse associate, or gig-economy driver (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage time efficiently and follow GPS navigation Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
