Duties :

Provides assistance and support to physicians and other medical providers in assessing, planning, and providing patient care. Requires a current RN license and completion of a certified Practitioner program.

Schedule Up to 36 hours per week; 12 hours shifts 6a-6p Monday to Friday.

Training typically is 2 weeks Monday to Friday 8a-5pm.

This is an onsite ASAP need to cover leave / PTO.

Skills :

EMR experience, bilingual a plus, customer service, wellness and prevention

Education :

Requires a current RN license and completion of a certified Practitioner program. Minimum 3 years as a family nurse practitioner in primary care. DEA required (must have upon submittal
