We are seeking a Staff Accountant for our client in Newport Beach. the ideal candidate will have 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within Property Management / Real Estate.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, fixed assets, and intercompany accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation
• Analyze P&L variances and provide actionable insights to management
• Oversee multi-entity accounting and consolidate financial data

Pay Details : $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
