Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Develop eLearning content, including self-study courses, microlearning, and job aids
- Edit media and convert into SCORM-compliant learning assets
- Load, maintain and retire learning programs and assets in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate the gathering of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) documentation for qualified L&D programs
- Monitor the L&D team email inbox and address various inquiries
- Assist with the production of virtual learning events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum of 2 years of related experience in a learning and development function in a business environment preferredStrong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.Applies instructional design techniques to create quality learning contentCreates eLearning modules, preferably using Articulate 360 and CamtasiaExperienced in LMS administrationStrong organizational and task management skillsExcellent oral and written communication abilitiesEffectively handles multiple stakeholders and points of inputDemonstrated ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, multi-task and work independentlyAdapts quickly to different needs, priorities and environmentsSuccessfully interacts with professionals and stakeholders at all levelsProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteMinimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible positionMust maintain licenses and / or certifications relative to area of responsibilityDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyAbility to work in a team environmentStrong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize#LI-MM2 #LI-Hybrid
