Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers regarding billing and general inquiries.

Collaborate with internal employees to support operations and sales information.

Manage and report on sales data and information.

Input billing information accurately into the system.

Handle invoices and ensure proper documentation.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Excel and basic MS Office applications.

Strong customer service abilities.

Experience in sales and order management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the service industry is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
