Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary :

Become a Fulfillment Associate in our Richmond, Virginia facility and play a key role in getting products to our customers quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for processing orders, which includes picking items from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency is crucial. You must prioritize safety in all tasks, adhering to all guidelines and wearing the necessary PPE . This role involves significant walking, standing, and regular lifting of items, typically up to 40 pounds. Your work is a vital component of our logistics chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and correct order fulfillment. Responsibilities :

• Accurately pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
• Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
• Label and stage orders for shipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Strictly follow all safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Support the efficient operation of our logistics processes.
• Perform frequent lifting of products, generally not exceeding 40 lbs.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is a plus. Must have good attention to detail and be committed to accuracy. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and regular lifting . A strong commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment processes. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
